Annunciation Church Choir

Purpose/Mission Statement: The purpose of the Choir is to offer prayers by singing praises to Almighty God.

Time Commitment: The Choir meets two Thursday's a month at 7:00 p.m. Rehearsals run anywhere from 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.  The Choir sings from September – June.

Membership: No age restrictions.  Knowledge of the Greek language is not essential.

Activities: The Church Choir offers the Liturgical responses as the Divine Liturgies, Holy Feastdays and especially during Holy Week and Pascha.  Participation also takes place at the Annual Metropolis of Chicago Choir Federation Conference.
