This summer month of July affords many at least a few moments of peace, rest and refreshment. Have you spoken to the Lord these past few days? Have you offered some of your time and talent to His Church? Have you at least offered a prayer each and every day? Have you come to the Church to worship and receive His Sacraments? Come to the Church before life’s events prevail against you! Oh Yes...be mindful of my Pastoral words...HERE I AM LORD! Be honest to yourself and commit TODAY!
Let’s gather to work, fellowship and offer our STEWARDSHIP of time, talent and treasures for our
ANNUAL GREEK FEST...July 11th, 12th and 13th at the Wisconsin State Fair Park. Bring your family, friends and co-workers to share in our Greek Fest...Celebrate and Fellowship. It’s a New Era in our Church History. Let’s make our GREEK FEST the best ever. Everyone is needed to help and attend so we can offer our welcome and hospitality.
Lastly; never absent yourself from the Divine Liturgy where you HEAR the Word of God, FEEL God’s Presence, receive His Body and Blood and offer Thanksgiving. How can an Orthodox Christian REJECT Jesus Christ by not being present at our Holy Church Services?
Beware of the Evil One...Be in Church...and proclaim “HERE I AM LORD.” There’s no other way to be saved!
